Refund_Policy

Overview

At propopedia, we take pride in offering a wide range of high-quality photography props and accessories. However, we understand that there may be situations where a refund is not possible. To ensure clarity and transparency, please review our non-refund policy below:

1. Custom or Made-to-Order Items:
  • Customized or made-to-order photography props are non-refundable. We put great effort into creating these unique pieces, and they are tailored to your specific requests, making them ineligible for returns or refunds.
2. Clearance and Sale Items:
  • Items marked as clearance or on sale are non-refundable. These items are offered at a reduced price and are considered final sale. No returns or refunds will be issued for these items.
3. Perishable or Consumable Goods:
  • Perishable photography props such as fresh flowers, perishable food props, or any consumable photography items are non-refundable due to health and safety regulations.
4. Digital Products:
  • Digital products, including downloadable backgrounds, overlays, presets, or any other digital assets, are non-refundable once the download link has been provided or the product has been accessed.
5. Shipping and Handling Fees:
  • However we are now, not charging any delivery/shipping charges throughout the Nation!. In future, for some large props those exceeds more than 60-70 centemeters in length/height/width we are going to charge some extra  shipping and handling fees. Those are non-refundable. These fees cover the cost of processing and shipping your order and cannot be refunded, except in the case of a shipping error on our part.
6. Damage or Defect Claims:
  • If you receive a photography prop that is damaged or defective, please take a video before un-boxing it i.e while taking it from the courier/delivery agent then send it to our customer support/mail us @ info@propopedia.in immedietly of receiving the item then only we can help you out resolving that issue.
7. Return Process for Eligible Items:
  • If you have an item that meets the refund criteria, please contact our customer support team immedietly with your purchase/invoice receipt to initiate the return process. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund in accordance with our policy.


Please be aware that this non-refund policy is subject to any applicable statutory rights or consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
